Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligibility. The Sainte Nèl April 2024 Luxury at its Finest Giveaway (“the Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island, and other United States territories and possessions. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship. The Giveaway’s sponsor is Sainte Nèl, LLC (“Sainte Nèl”), located at 1302 Monte Vista Ave. #19, Upland, CA 91786. Sainte Nèl and it's respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assignees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, OR fulfillment of the giveaway, including with that limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sainte Nèl will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these official rules.
Entry Period. This Giveaway begins on April 1, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. E.T. and ends on April 30, 2024 at 11pm E.T. (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter. As used in the marketing materials and entry page(s) “Enter to Win” means enter for a chance to win. During the Entry Period, visit the Giveaway registration page located at https://bit.ly/saintegiveaway. You will be asked to provide contact information. You must complete all required fields of the entry from with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible for entry. If entering the Giveaway Via Instagram, you must be the owner of the email account associated with the Instagram account from which the entry is made. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or in association with Instagram or its parent companies. You are providing your information to Sainte Nèl and not to Instagram. All entries become the property of Sainte Nèl and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple entries or false entries, as determined by Sainte Nèl will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded which consists of one (1) Sainte Nèl Luxury at its Finest nail tool set. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that Sainte Nèl is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $50.00. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Winner must provide Sainte Nèl with their full name and a valid U.S. address before Grand Prize will be awarded.
Drawing. The Winner will be selected at random in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period, on or about May 3rd, 2024 at 1302 Monte Vista Ave., Upland, CA 91786. The drawing will be conducted by Sainte Nèl, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sainte Nèl reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained an unfair advantage in the giveaway, or obtained winter status by using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an insurance, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with the giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing. The winner will be notified by email. Inability of Sainte Nèl to contact winner by email within 48 hours after selection may result in disqualification of winter and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sainte Nèl’s discretion. The Grand Prize will be sent to winner by US mail within 14 days after winter has been notified and accepted the prize. if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN INSURANCE, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, MAYBE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms: By entering this giveaway, you promise to abide by the official rules and decisions of Sainte Nèl which will be final and binding in all respects. Sainte Nèl reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time. Sainte Nèl will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the giveaway. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless sponsor, it's affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents and assigns from and against any or all claims, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winter grants Sainte Nèl a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free license to use winners name without any further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes.
