Sainte Nèl offers complimentary shipping every day on U.S. domestic orders. Complimentary shipped items will be shipped via either USPS First Class, Priority, or UPS Ground.
We typically ship orders within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted (please review the applicable product description for any advertised shipping delays).
When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. USPS and UPS pick up orders every day from our shipping warehouse located in Upland, CA. If you've received a tracking number then your order is on its way to you and you must wait for the Carrier to scan the package and update its tracking information in the system.
Most orders are received by customers within 5 business days of shipment. There may be shipping delays once your package is with USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we must wait for the Carrier to scan the package for updates.
Sometimes, the Shipping Carrier delivers packages to the wrong address or marks packages delivered, but you have not received it. Please allow 48 hours post delivery email for your package to arrive. If you do not have your order within two days of your delivery confirmation email, please reach out to us with your order number and the email address you used to place your order. We will re-ship your package, but you will be required to sign for the package to confirm delivery. A package that is signed for will be treated as delivered by USPS. No exceptions.
Please double check your billing and shipping address before you complete checkout. We cannot make any changes to shipping addresses after orders have been shipped. If you recognize that you provided an incorrect shipping address, please email us IMMEDIATELY, so that we can attempt to update your order. However, if your order has been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at that time. We are a small business and cannot offer a refund or re-ship items shipped to an incorrect address. If USPS returns the undeliverable package to us, . Once we receive the package, then we will issue a store credit minus any shipping fees.
If you would like to request signature confirmation for your order, please contact us via email immediately after placing your orders. Please request signature confirmation if you have reason to believe your package may be stolen. As a small business, it is more cost efficient for us to ensure that your package arrives to you the first time.
